Reviews and Ratings
During my three-night stay at Hotel Pacai, I enjoyed the beautiful design and excellent breakfast, but did face a noise issue from a private party. The location in Old Town is perfect for exploring Vilnius, and the spa facilities were a good bonus. However, the late-night noise did affect my overall experience.
My stay at Hotel Pacai was a blend of beautiful design and attentive service. The modern yet historic ambiance of the hotel was stunning, and I appreciated the central location that made exploring Vilnius so easy. Although I enjoyed the sauna and pool, I did experience a bit of frustration with the room's lighting and some minor service hiccups. Overall, it was a great experience, but I hope they address a few details for an even better stay in the future.
I had a great time at Hotel Pacai, right in the heart of Vilnius' Old Town. The contemporary interiors and high ceilings of my deluxe room were simply stunning, and the breakfast buffet? Totally lavish! Just a heads-up, the AC was pretty noisy which required me to switch rooms. Overall, it's definitely a place I'll return to every time I’m in Vilnius.
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pacai, where the mix of historical charm and modern luxury made for a good experience. The centrally located hotel allowed me to explore Vilnius easily, while the beautiful decor created an inviting atmosphere. The standout element was definitely the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout my stay. However, the gym facilities could use a bit more equipment to enhance the workout experience.
My stay at Hotel Pacai was a mixed bag. The beautifully renovated historical building created a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were warm and attentive. However, I encountered some confusion regarding Marriott Bonvoy benefits, which was disappointing. Overall, the positives, especially the breakfast and location, outweighed the negatives.
