The staff were responsive before my arrival. They answered my questions regarding the reservation. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and hot dishes.
I found the service at the bar inconsistent. I experienced delays in getting my order served one evening. The spa area lacked some expected facilities. There was no swimming pool available.

The staff welcomed me with prosecco, also i got upgraded to a better room! it happened because my booked room wasn't ready, that's so cool. the interiors were fine, the building alone is worth a visit. i found gym equipment in my room. There were resistance strings and a roll.
the service was a bit slow at times, and i had to wait a while for my orders. it wasn't a huge issue but noticeable.

the hotel is in the heart of the city, that means it is super convenient for exploring everything! it's really easy to walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. this location.

The heated bathroom tiles were so nice, especially in the morning, i loved it! the sauna was quite good and relaxing. the hotel also provided high-quality shampoo and body wash. It was a very nice touch!

I found the breakfast menu good. It had a nice buffet selection. the options were of high quality and everything tasted fresh. i can recommend dinner, the prices are fairly high but the experience is worth it.
